Return Policy
At Bio Creative Labs we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. That is why we offer an easy return process. Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase from petalfresh.com only. Items purchased from a Bio Creative Labs retail partner will not be accepted. Samples & free gifts with purchase are not returnable. We cannot accept returns from outside of the US.
For Returns:
Once your order is received, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 2 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
For Exchanges:
Once your order is received, your exchange will be processed. You will receive an email with updated tracking information for your new products!
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
